AF Digital Services processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website, handle inquiries and provide digital services.

Contact inquiries

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the submitted information is processed server-side and forwarded to AF Digital Services to handle the inquiry. This may include name, email address, company, topic and message.

Project assistant

The project assistant serves to structure and classify inquiries. Information is only transmitted server-side when an inquiry is actively submitted. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive data in the assistant.

External AI or API services

No live AI API integration is active in the current MVP widget. If external AI or API services are used later, this privacy notice will be updated before activation.

Storage period

Inquiry data is retained only as long as required for processing, traceability or legal obligations.

Access and deletion
